Excellent ice cream shop! Try the black mulberry, delicious. I have to go back for the Apulian almond, the dark chocolate is top notch!!!

Artisanal gelato with unusual flavors. My favorite was the almond, slightly sweet with a full flavor of chopped almonds. The dark chocolate and pistachio were also excellent. All were incredibly creamy, with an intense yet never overpowering flavor. All the other flavors are worth trying.

02/08/2025: We had already been to this restaurant on holiday in Salento in 2022 and I confirm my positive opinion.
22/07/2025: Sunday lunch, craving typical Salento dishes, and I went for the meatballs in tomato sauce (excellent), tender grilled horse rib steak, and a good house red wine. Just what I was looking for. Alfredo was an excellent host. Prices were more than fair. It's worth a visit, it's worth it.

06/08/2025: A small and charming restaurant in a small park. The food isn't bad, not exceptional, but the portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The service lacks a bit of experience given the very young staff. Recommended.
31/07/2025: We ate at Pipa three times in two weeks. Everything we ordered was delicious. Everything was fresh and homemade. We ate really well. The owner was very kind, and the girl taking orders was very friendly. I recommend it to everyone.
