Excellent lactose-free espresso coffee, pasticciotto is not optimal with very loose cream, the toilets (bathrooms) are totally dirty and dirty! (Old)

A visit to this place is a very strange experience, at the beginning you go to the counter and you have to say whether you want to sit outside or inside. They don't give you a menu, you have to know what you want. The waiter service only spoke Italian, but luckily I realized that we didn't agree on what I wanted to order and managed to correct the order.
At the end of the visit, you return to the checkout where you pay for the products. Prices charged for food inside are much higher than on the card at the cash register (coperto is not mentioned in the bill).
Ice cream and coffee are ok, but overall I don't have a positive experience.

During my little holiday in Puglia and in splendid Lecce, they recommended Martinucci to me. To tell the truth, I only had a coffee and later a chocolate. The coffee was nothing special, the dark chocolate was a little too liquid and not hot enough. The Grom is definitely superior... what a shame

Beautiful venue! Chic and elegant!
I love the homage to Lecce on the cups and the pasticciotti are excellent.
The only sore point is the bathroom!
Always dirty, aesthetically always a bathroom from another room.
When I entered, besides the blocked toilet, my shoes stuck to the floor. I don't even want to imagine why!

Il locale è posto in pieno centro con la possibilità di sedersi in una delle piazze più belle della città. Il personale è molto educato, celere e competente. Buono il gelato artigianale, ottimi drink così come la caffetteria, ma il re dei prodotti offerti è il pasticciotto! Semplicemente il migliore del Salento. Frolla straordinaria e creme di eccelsa fattura. Prezzi ok. Consigliato
