Gelateria Mara Dei Boschi In Torino

The gelato is good and their dehors under the trees is great. But they have expensive prices and the business model seems to be geared increasingly toward tourists, not toward local people from Turin. I can recommend the place only if you want to have a seat to enjoy Piazza Carlina. For having a break while walking through the city, it is a good choice. But if you just want a good icecream, there is an equally good place next door with lower prices and less queue.

Very interesting coffee-flavored ice cream, perfect pistachio. They also serve coffee and sandwiches and pastries. The coffee is very bitter. Nice atmosphere.

Coffee and special ice creams. I chose the strangest ice cream flavours, one tasted like couscous. (I wouldn't take it again) while I really liked the other one. Not the usual banality

An original decor where you can enjoy more than excellent ice cream, desserts and chocolates that cannot be found elsewhere, coffee never seen or tasted before. It will become a fixed stop every time we go to Turin.

Very good artisanal gelato, undoubtably good quality with interesting flavours. It isn’t my favourite in Torino as I find a lot of the flavours have that chunky texture but if you enjoy that type here is recommended it is just not to my personal preference. Nice portion size and friendly staff.

Nice place. Very good ice cream

Ice cream is very expensive and very small in quantity. The quality is excellent but almost all the flavors were sold out, most of them vegan which are what I usually prefer. I had to fall back on the few remaining flavors. Delicious salted caramel, white chocolate was practically a slightly sweeter fiordilatte. Excellent consistency but I don't recommend it since they give you very little after having even made you pay €3.50 for a small cup. Vegan milkshake for 4.80. Are you kidding? Despite the quality I can't give more than 3 stars given the price, quantity and scarcity of flavors already half finished with still two hours to go before closing. As pleasant as it is, I won't go back again.

Dopo pranzo abbiamo deciso di prendere un gelato presso questa gelateria. Gelato molto buono con gusti particolari tra le scelte. Personale sorridente, disponibile e cordiale. Lo consiglio.

Un vero punto di riferimento per gli amanti del gelato artigianale. Ingredienti di alta qualità e gusti innovativi, come la famosa “fragola Mara des Bois”, rendono ogni assaggio un’esperienza unica. L’ambiente è accogliente e il personale cordiale, perfetto per una pausa golosa in città.
