A small neighborhood ice cream shop offering a fairly limited selection of flavors, with the option of eating on the street-side terrace. The ice cream is quite good, though not amazing. Prices are reasonable. The service was rather cold.

A classic takeaway ice cream shop located on Casteggio's main street. Delicious gelato with classic flavors, and occasionally a unique flavor you absolutely must try. The place is small but clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can sit outside just long enough to enjoy your gelato. Prices are reasonable for the service.

10/11/2025: Without a doubt the best pizza in Pavia. I recommend the schiacciata! The Vietnamese menu is also excellent; everything is delicious. Lovely staff.
09/11/2025: Went last night with the soccer team for the first time. Super clean place, very kind waiters, top-notch owners, great service. Even though it was crowded, we waited very little for our food. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again. I forgot. Superb food. Excellent pizza. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and in a relaxed atmosphere.

Avamposto Sul Grande Fiume

19/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale, caratteristico in quanto affacciato letteralmente sul Po, molto spartano ma questo si sapeva, finché si fa il menù del giorno i prezzi son contenuti e va bene, qualora si vada alla carta a mio avviso i prezzi non sono giustificati, nonostante la qualità del cibo sia buona. Ma location, mise en place ecc a mio avviso siam ben distanti..
24/04/2025: Di ritorno dal Piemonte prenotiamo in questo ristorante dopo aver visto la puntata di 4 Ristoranti. In riva al Po. Molto “spartano” ma ben apparecchiato . Servizio gentile . Risotto o con Bonarda e pasta di salame molto buono . Prezzi onestissimi
