It's a welcoming place, popular with young people. I had ice cream a few nights ago. They were closing. The person who served me was courteous. The ice cream (classic flavors) seemed too sweet to me.

Excellent gelato, with both classic and specialty flavors, as well as delicious yogurt. There's also always a selection of semifreddo desserts. The staff is young and very friendly. Highly recommended!

I'm leaving Perugia to come to this ice cream shop. The ice cream is truly delicious, but I can't believe I'm paying €3.70 for a medium cone to get a cone the size of a small one. I'm served by a young man who has to tell me the flavors I want four times because, after "putting" one flavor on the ice cream, he forgets the next one. Furthermore, I ask for two ice creams, he takes my receipt, and after serving the first ice cream, he starts making another because he forgot to make me the second. If they want to charge this price for ice cream, in addition to the good ice cream, I think there must also be a level of service, which I honestly haven't found here. I'm disappointed because, moreover, when I asked another employee to make me a second cone because my colleague had forgotten and I was doing something else, instead of making me the cone, he called the young man back to make me one.

Today I had an ice cream and, having one hand busy with the cone, I had trouble taking the money out of my wallet to pay. The cashier, a blonde girl, was very kind: she helped me with professionalism and was really polite. I highly recommend going to Paola, very good ice cream!
