A very original ice cream shop with a lot of potential, featuring creative and interesting offerings (like ice cream shaped like traditional dishes). The ice cream is good and the concept is excellent; the only slightly less positive aspect is the service, which didn't entirely convince me. Overall, a pleasant experience.

In my opinion, it is absolutely one of the best ice cream shops in western Genoa.

Excellent gelato, a truly wide variety of flavors, and the gelato cups are fantastic!! Professional, friendly, and helpful staff. As good as the gelato!

Excellent place, no doubt about it. I only had a cinnamon coffee and spaghetti with pesto, while my companion had a Venezia coffee and a babà (babà soaked in rum, and that's the beauty of it). Everything was delicious, heavy, and high in calories, which is exactly why we came! Prices are clearly a bit higher than a standard gelateria—even though Flora isn't just a gelateria!—but understandable given the warm welcome and the vast menu. Nothing to complain about in my opinion and based on our experience. Recommended for enjoying a delicious dessert with friends or treating yourself—and for those who are on a diet, of course!
