Excellent!!! Among the other fruit and cream flavors, I recommend the baked peach one, which is excellent and, as far as I know, you won't find it at any other ice cream shop. The pistachio, which I also helped develop, acting as a guinea pig, is beyond words, but so flavorful. That pistachio won second place in a national competition.
