Everything was truly delicious! The ricotta for the cannoli was perfect, and the ice cream had a delicious seven-ply flavor. The cinnamon flavor was very subtle.

One of the best lemon granitas I've tasted in my many trips to Sicily! The texture is velvety, like lemon-flavored snow. The mandarin granita is also excellent. The cannoli are very, very good. The "biscuit crust" is crunchy and crumbly, not greasy, and the cream is velvety but not overly sweet. The owner is a truly lovely and welcoming lady, willing to let us sample the various flavors without asking. And then, after the granita, they offer free water! The place is bright and clean. An extra bonus for having vegan gelato too.

The selection is wide, from classic to gourmet, with specialty options like the Mare e Monti, which I chose in the seven-grain version, adapted without mozzarella due to an intolerance. The availability of gluten-free dough was also greatly appreciated. The service is courteous, punctual, and professional, always attentive to customer needs. The location, just steps from Trapani's historic center, allows for both indoor and outdoor dining in a refined and well-maintained setting. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, further enhanced by a small final discount that I greatly appreciated. A pleasant and satisfying experience: I will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation. I hope my review was helpful, please like it 👍🏻
