We came to Solarolo to see the Laura Pausini museum and were craving some gelato. We stopped at this little gelateria, and what can I say? The gelato and caramel mousse were SO DELICIOUS!!! Thanks to the lady at the gelateria for her kindness and all the information she gave us. Greetings from the girls in Rome. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back!
