15/10/2025: The hotel is a bit dated, with some of the furniture also quite old. The rooms are clean, and the towels are changed daily. Overall, it's very comfortable, as are the soaps. The breakfast was decent. The service was very attentive. Overall, my opinion is positive.

Decent breakfast: sufficient variety, fresh products, and prompt service. Convenient location: probably a good base for visiting Ragusa and the surrounding area. --- Less positive / Areas for improvement: Dated appearance: the furnishings, decor, and perhaps even the finishes need updating to make it more modern and welcoming. Slightly outdated design: colors, furniture, and fabrics could be updated to offer a more contemporary experience. Comfort could be improved: with small improvements (lighting, bathrooms, and upholstery), the overall impression would be significantly improved. --- Overall rating: Hotel Kroma remains a good choice if you're looking for cleanliness and functionality, with a decent breakfast. However, if you're sensitive to style and modern comfort, be prepared to make some compromises—with some aesthetic investment, it could really improve and become excellent.
