We were lucky enough to take a gelato class with Mario Gargiulo, one of the best gelato makers you'll ever meet. Mario was fantastic. He not only showed us the entire process of making authentic gelato but also taught us how to tell the difference between fresh, high-quality gelato and older batches. The class was so much fun for our entire group, and watching him work his magic was a true highlight. Afterward, we got to sample the gelato we made, and I was genuinely blown away. The sorbet was, without a doubt, one of the best I have ever tasted in my life. You absolutely have to stop by Gelateria David for Sorrento's best gelato. The quality and the passion here are unmatched.
