06/08/2024: An incredible place, the quality of things, the service all a ten

The pizza chef has changed and consequently the pizzas have also changed. Everything is ok but the dough/baking is absolutely not as high level as before unfortunately.
Very nice place, well looked after, large spaces. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Special compliment to the 4 guys in the pizzeria area, very good, well organised, quick and precise in turning out the pizzas. Very kind waitresses.
Try 3 different "specialty" pizzas;
The Carrìu, slightly crunchy, very delicate, truly excellent, recommended.
The post, very good, very soft dough, perhaps a little too salty due to the parmesan chips.
And finally La Scafarda, spectacular, always perfect dough, very tasty nduja and soppressata, top presentation, truly exquisite!
To finish the dessert, a Sicilian cannoli, and an exquisite puff pastry with cream and chocolate, really good.
Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!
