Excellent ice cream, friendly staff

I had given this business a two-star review based on my opinion of the owners' opening hours, and they very kindly responded and invited me to visit their ice cream shop for a discussion. I went there, and they were delighted to explain things I had overlooked, which is why I felt compelled to correct my review. I ended up trying one of their products, and, as I've said before, I can confirm the quality of their products.

How dare people write a negative review? One of the best gelatos in all of Genoa! The quality is high, like the gelato shops in Boccadasse or Quinto, to be clear. Is that enough? Or are those just crappy too? I don't know where you got the courage to criticize a place with such high quality! And we're not friends and I don't even know them, but let's be objective. Gelato this good is hard to find these days! I'm not a gelato maker, but a gelato seller, so I know what I'm talking about. It's very good, too! I'm giving it 6 stars, not 5, and I really want to compliment you. I was very satisfied!

Excellent ice cream shop. Delicious ice cream, top-notch granita, very kind people. When I go, I get a second helping of ice cream and granita. And every time I forget my cooler because I want to take the tub home with me. Excellent

Very disappointed, they always told me about this ice cream shop that I finally decided to try it. I wasn't satisfied at all due to both the lack of flavors and the flavor they had. I think this ice cream shop is only famous for the fact that it is open almost every day (even today which was May 1st). Three stars because the ice cream was edible and the place was clean.
