Sono stata in questo locale a settembre e, nel complesso, devo dire che l'ambiente è molto carino, pulito e curato. Nulla da ridire sui prodotti o sul servizio: i prodotti sono davvero eccellenti. Ad esempio, ho provato il gelato artigianale, che considero uno dei migliori che abbia mai assaggiato. Mio marito, invece, ha ordinato una coppa gelato con babà e un caffè, e posso confermare che anche la sua scelta è stata impeccabile: la coppa era semplicemente deliziosa. Per quanto riguarda il personale, l'ho trovato gentile e professionale, unica pecca, il comportamento della proprietaria/responsabile. In diverse occasioni, infatti, questa persona si è mostrata maleducata e arrogante, non solo nei confronti dei clienti, ma anche dei propri dipendenti. Un atteggiamento del genere non solo rovina l'atmosfera del locale, ma mette in imbarazzo sia i clienti che i dipendenti stessi. Nonostante la qualità eccellente dei prodotti e un personale competente, l'arroganza della gestione compromette l'esperienza complessiva.

So far, clearly the best cafe we ​​have discovered in the north of Italy. Absolutely delicious pistachio croissants and, thank God, finally unburnt coffee...100% arabica. Even though we lived in Cavallino, we went almost every day for ice cream and great coffee! If we're ever on vacation nearby again...we'll definitely stop by!

Finally the first hint of better coffee in the Jesolo/Lignano/Bibione area. They have 3 fresh mills and one of them is single-species arabica, which is not overburnt coal. And the ice cream is also great.
