19/05/2025: The restaurant's exterior may not look very inviting because it's located at the foot of an apartment building on a street with a medium-voltage power line, but there's ample parking nearby. Yet we chose it for a lunch to celebrate a first communion. Inside, the restaurant is simple and welcoming. The owners, more than consistent with the agreed-upon price, have thought of everything, from small flowers for a festive table to the final cake. The rich appetizers confirm the restaurant's name: flavors of Puglia! (Among the many, I personally enjoyed the chicory and fava beans and the expertly prepared seafood salad.) The wines available are all good Apulian wines. The service was always precise, punctual, and courteous. We will obviously return, but I recommend trying or rediscovering some authentic Apulian dishes.
