MUSHROOMS: we went at the end of September for the mushrooms, so I don't know how the rest of the dishes are but I can tell you that the mushrooms were exceptional. We were orphans of our historic restaurant which made the best mushrooms ever but which retired. I have to say that this restaurant exceeded expectations. The pickled mushroom salad was excellent and the mushrooms had a perfect texture. Excellent tagliolini. The polenta with mushrooms is excellent. The polenta was velvety and the mushrooms tasty. The sliced ​​mushrooms are excellent and the mushrooms are breaded and not at all burnt (the breading is a little thick but that's how we do it here). Will we return? Definitely yes! It will absolutely become one of our go-to places for mushrooms. The only flaw: very slow to serve the appetizer, then after everything it became smoother even if they serve diners from the same table in a patchy manner. Prices: not cheap but normal, average. 2 mushroom salads + 1 polenta concia with sautéed meats + 2 tagliolini with mushrooms + 1 side dish + 2 breaded mushrooms + 1 water + half a liter of wine = 140 euros. Normal Portions: normal. Not abundant but not scarce either. Atmosphere: like a no-frills trattoria.
