We have been doing this business for 34 years, the opening is seasonal, we are open during the day and in the evening. It's a family-run business of three people and the ice cream is made every day. The hours used are from 8 to 12 hours so if it happens, any mix-up just needs to be explained and have a little understanding for those who work with temperatures above high and of a certain age.
