1st SEASON - 1st EPISODE
Based on the episode I can say that the owner is very caught up in his insecurities rather than professionalism, you can tell by the messy warehouse and the doubt about the margarine.
External location without identity, window and proposals of the counter overall very beautiful, but everything is a drawer and finding a mix of products is normal.
The highlight was exciting and managed to lift the tray of pastries brought to its knees.
The defeat in the final was caused by the wrong choice of making a single portion giving the victory to the opponent.

I organized an evening event with an aperitif and Francesco and his staff were able to professionally interpret and realize all my expectations, with particular attention to celiac guests. The location is welcoming, the service is excellent, the food offered and the dessert buffet.

We went on a Saturday for lunch. The focaccias are really very soft and delicious. The only thing is, they weren't hot enough.
