Gaudenti In Torino

I don't understand the keyboard warriors who "dislike" Gaudenti, a nice, informal place with good products. So let's keep the good bourgeois places, with a cup of coffee for €1.50 and now monopolized by his majesty Gerla, who is literally "gobbling up" all the pastry shops and bars in Turin. Meanwhile, Gaudenti is being closed, and there will be another pizzeria after Amici (which is also owned by the same person, guess what...). Turin, carry on like this, complete hara-kiri. A family atmosphere, dedicated service, helpfulness, and deliciousness! Always new products, tons of options, and customization. I love the chocolate tart and the Carnival bugie: light but not too light, you can taste them under your teeth, like fruity sugar confetti. 😋 The chocolate and pear brioche is excellent. Try them with custom-made desserts... today I ordered 20 sandwiches, including tramezzini, buns, puff pastries, and savory brioches: a huge success. Especially the Capri, balanced with passata, capers, and anchovies. And the savory snacks? The wines are always good. Great, Daniele and Andrea! But they all are!!

I love this bar; it's become my roommate and I's favorite place to go. We always come here to study for hours in the window, watching the world go by. The staff is always helpful, and they've never kicked us out or made us feel like we had to get something else to stay. A home from home, a joyous place at heart!
