We had dinner in this typical Sardinian trattoria. Very kind and welcoming staff, we had dinner in the intimate and well-kept garden of the place. The dishes are really good, abundant and satisfying, highly recommended the culurgiones (amazing) and the porcetto (book in advance). Closing with a sweet and homemade mirto (equally good). We will definitely be back, very good.

I have been coming to Stintino for almost 40 years and, alas, I had never come across this lovely trattoria, very intimate and private, located in the small center of Pozzo San Nicola.
I must say that it was an excellent culinary experience: malloreddus, pruppedda, rib steak, baked potatoes and exceptional aubergines! Overall, home-made and authentic cuisine, accompanied by the friendliness, kindness and professionalism of all the staff. Excellent quality/price ratio.
What can I say? Well done guys, we'll see each other soon!

A wonderful family restaurant. It has a patio with natural shade from several trees where we had a wonderful meal despite the hot day. The crab linguine was especially delicious, and the horse meat was very juicy. Don't miss their typical dessert, Seadas.

What can I say about this trattoria? It's a family-friendly atmosphere, and you can tell they make things with love and passion. Each dish told a story and was special. With the culurgioni, I found Sardinia at its finest—a truly unique dish in which you find the region, I found a dish. The service was unbeatable, the waitresses were lovely, and they treated us incredibly well. Special mention to the seadas and tumbarelle! Nothing else to add, a place I will return to and recommend! The only negative I could say is that the price is a bit high for a family restaurant (€16 for a culurgioni), but the quality is evident in every ingredient! We'll be back!
