Good morning 20 days ago, as always, and not just for the Christmas period, I ordered 2kg of agnolotti and 1.5kg of tortellini. We always freeze them, but this year we had to divide them, and while dividing them, I noticed that the tare weight of the cardboard tray hadn't been removed. In practice, with the tray and paper, the weight was exactly 1kg for agnolotti, so each tray was missing 30-40g of food for two out of 80g of food. And for the tortellini, a full 77g of food was missing.
