03/06/2024: Excellent experience, business trip I choose this little restaurant on the seafront for dinner. Clean and quiet environment, background music present but not invasive. Ate well, good value for money. Professional and knowledgeable owner, he tried and managed to satisfy me in everything, I was alone I asked if I could have a wine from the list by the glass, he opened the bottle in front of me and presented it to me... that's how it's done, well done! Notice to improvised restaurateurs: even if the customer only asks for a glass of wine (if you are alone you don't necessarily want to drink a bottle!) you don't arrive at the table with the glass already filled and you park it on the table, but you pour the wine at the table by showing the bottle to the customer...it should be the basis but in Italy 1 in 100 does it...stand out from the crowd!
