Restaurant/deli in the heart of Savona's historic center. A welcoming atmosphere, tastefully and originally furnished. Quality ingredients are cooked with unique combinations, carefully presented, and balanced flavors, all very digestible. Also suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Extremely friendly and helpful service. Fair prices. I'd like to point out the option of a macrobiotic coffee substitute, "yannoh," made with ingredients including chicory, all naturally free of stimulants, and with a digestive and invigorating effect... a rarity to find in a restaurant! Congratulations, you're truly ahead of the curve!

Very friendly, attentive service, the food (lasagne with pesto and caciotta) was excellent, and the dessert (bonet ligure with Sassello amaretti and candied chinotti) was divine. The moka coffee to finish was delicious. A place with wonderful, fresh cuisine and herbs, a very relaxed atmosphere.

This small restaurant is located in a side alleyway near the Duomo. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the food very much. The coffee, typically Italian, came in a small coffee maker. Highly recommended.

First time at Gastro’, a very high quality and well-kept location. Very kind staff, very professional and very friendly. Very varied menu, I was very impressed by the one for Vegans, with large and colorful portions. Highly impactful menu, including a Palamita carpaccio. First courses, there was only the embarrassment of choice (difficult). Brandacujun very good, hazelnut cake with strawberry reduction to die for. High quality wine list. Returning, it will be mandatory.

We ate brandacujun, hummus of chickpeas and barley with bonito, zucchini and asparagus. Everything was excellent, the place was also nice

We stopped for lunch during the week between appointments, and all I can say is "why didn't we try this sooner!" We ate very well, the place was intimate and welcoming, furnished with style; excellent quality food, with the possibility of choosing vegetarian and vegan dishes, and trying things you've never heard of before like yannoh, which is highly appreciated among other things. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!
