Great food at an affordable price

An excellent trattoria for a relaxing getaway. There's free outdoor parking, though not much. The dining room with its windows overlooking the mountains is truly charming. The food is traditional and delicious. Perfect for those who want to try local cuisine. The prices are fair and the staff is friendly. The bathroom is a very positive note: it smells good and is clean. The location is very strategic for those who need to reach Lake Braies.

A quaint wooden restaurant with a stunning view of the valley, a refined and peaceful atmosphere. Excellent traditional dishes, definitely home cooking! The lady who runs the restaurant is very kind.

Excellent place where you eat well, excellent service, family atmosphere

We went for lunch as a couple and had a really good time! We had two first courses, two second courses, and a dessert: dishes without too many frills in terms of aesthetics, but with truly excellent flavor, authentic and well-cooked. You can taste the passion in the kitchen! We washed it all down with water and a good bottle of red wine, spending a total of €90. I'd say it was more than fair for the quality and quantity! A simple but tasteful place, where you eat well and leave satisfied. We'll definitely be back 🤩🚀🚀

A lovely Tratoria near Lago di Braies. 4 minutes drive. Picturisque view and lovely Austrian/German food. Affordable and accessible

We visited Trattoria Mösslhof after enjoying the beautiful lake view and it turned out to be a lovely stop. I had the pasta with bacon and cream sauce which was absolutely delicious, creamy and full of flavor. The spinach dumplings with cream cheese sauce were okay but not as great as the pasta. Our kid had a hot dog with French fries and the apple juice was surprisingly yummy. We also had cappuccino and it was great. The seating was comfortable and while they do have outdoor seating, we chose to sit inside. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, which is always a plus. The host spoke English which made things easier for us and the interiors were cute, quaint and spacious, giving the whole place a warm Alpine charm. Overall, a pleasant experience and a nice spot to relax and enjoy a meal after visiting the lake.

Excellent place for a pitstop after a visit to the lake. Don’t be afraid of the narrow road leading up to it. It’s there where google says it is! Nice terrace and also a nice indoor seating area. Basic selection of food but the two dishes we had were very tasty. Super fast service even though the place was busy.
