We always eat at the Schwarzer Adler at least once when we are in South Tyrol. We love the atmosphere and prefer to sit outside. The service is sooo friendly and the food is simply delicious. No matter whether cordon bleu or dumplings Tris or tagliatelle or dessert. We will definitely come back again and again, no matter which corner of South Tyrol we are in.

We had 2 different pasta dishes. The tortellini with bacon in particular was a poem. I can only recommend the Kaiserschmarrn. The service was also very friendly and accommodating. It's hard to imagine anything better for your vacation. thanks for that

I have been coming to the Schwarzer Adler for over 30 years and I am always warmly served as a guest with original South Tyrolean cuisine that also tastes delicious.

Bodenständige regionale sehr leckere Küche mit sehr freundlichem Personal und ausgezeichnetem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wenn man Glück hat, kann man sogar einen Platz draußen ergattern.

This is a charming restaurant with excellent food, I think also italian - but foremost a local tirolian kitchen! You should try the "Kalbskopf sauer mit Zwibel und Brot' - with "Marillenknödel" for desert! Enjoy this nice place!!

24/10/2024: I have to say in advance that we are restaurateurs and have different perspectives. Service friendly, accommodating, absolutely great. Cuisine, rarely eaten so well in South Tyrol. We can absolutely recommend it and if it works, we will come back. We had Deer with apples and Schupfnufel Pasta with tuna Port. Gnocchi for the junior Everything was well seasoned, nicely prepared, hot enough,... Recommended
09/10/2024: Came here 2 nights in a row because it was so good! The restaurant has such a great atmosphere. The waitress was very friendly, the wine was great, and so was the food. Highly recommend!

03/11/2024: Das ist im Burggrafenamt die beste Pizza. Der Teig mit lievito madre ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Die Bezeichnung "Gourmet Pizza" trifft voll zu. Sehr angenehmer Service, diskret und hilfsbereit. Das bestellte nicht sprudelnde Wasser kam leider nicht aus der geschlossenen Flasche. Dies mindert aber nicht die sehr positive Rezession. Wir kommen wieder, Danke
16/08/2024: Superlekker pizza gegeten. Niets op aan te merken. Netjes en correcte prijzen. Ook een prachtig uitzicht over de boomgaarden.
