We went there for dinner twice while on vacation. The food was very tasty. Pure family business. Our dog was also welcome. You can also meet locals drinking beer or wine there after work.

We came across this inn while looking for a restaurant in Kaltern. We were lucky to get a place. Shortly after 1800 it was full, especially with locals. The food was served very quickly and met our expectations. Simple Tyrolean cuisine. Delicious.

Bodenständig gut. Nicht gerade schönes Lokal. Freundliche Bedienung. Hervorragende Knödel. Sehr gute Tortellini. Einige wenige offene Weine aber gute. Sehr fairer Preis. Einziger Kritikpunkt der Williams zum Kaffee fällt total durch.

Restaurant Apostelstube

23/01/2025: Tasteful, well-kept hotel in a quiet yet central location in Brixen. The hotel has taken a shine to the elephant and has now become the ubiquitous theme animal. The new rooms in particular are very tasteful, as is the SPA area. The only notable drawback of the accommodation was that there was neither a coffee machine nor a kettle in the room. In the SPA area there was only a sink, no drinking vessels, let alone lemon or cucumber water. Neither do nuts or fruits. Given the ****S classification, I was very surprised and, to a certain extent, a little disappointed.
18/01/2025: I said I would return to this magical restaurant and I found the same sensations and the same high quality of both the food and the service. A repeated 10 and praise!

Restaurant Ciola'

08/02/2025: Ciola Steakhouse in San Vigilio is an absolute must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. The staff were fantastic, making us feel welcome and offering helpful recommendations. But the real star of the show was the food. We ordered the 1kg Picanha and the beef tartare, and both were absolutely incredible. The Picanha was cooked to perfection, melt-in-your-mouth tender and bursting with flavor. It's easily the best steak I've had in town, and possibly anywhere! The beef tartare was equally impressive, fresh, and beautifully presented. If you're looking for an amazing steak experience in San Vigilio, Ciola is the place to be. Highly recommended!
08/02/2025: Good food, interesting environment, long wait and slightly high price in relation to the menu. Overpriced wine.
