On recommendation we had dinner at the Kürbishof.
Very nice place with about 20 seats, intimate and welcoming atmosphere, in Tyrolean style.
The management is completely family-run, mother and son offer two menus in the kitchen, both with a good choice, the first more "traditional", the second more experimental and modern.
It's a shame we weren't offered the possibility of a tasting menu (which was instead offered to other customers alongside us).
We tasted several courses from both menus, the quantities are right, the taste certainly has experience and research as its basis. Mother Sara's dishes recall familiar flavours, in Mathias's the desire to create new flavors is evident, always using native raw materials, including his own production.
The first is a more mature cuisine, the second is still slightly immature, but with enormous potential. In summary, in both cases we enjoyed it.
In the dining room the service is instead of father and daughter, Angelika treated us in an excellent way, sunny, non-intrusive, and very prepared, always attentive.
The wine list reflects the territory and includes some very interesting gems. The Zalto glasses are very beautiful.
Final bill €115 for welcome, bread basket, three starters and two first courses, two glasses of wine and water, one grappa. Prices commensurate with the proposal.
We would have liked to taste more but we were full.
A place we will definitely return to and it was worth more than an hour's journey from our accommodation.

Simply the best restaurant in the Val di Fiemme area.
We have been coming for years, but every time it surprises us, with an always new menu based on the seasons and their vegetable garden.
The kindness and love that father and daughter put into serving and explaining the dishes cooked by his wife and son Mathias is worthy of applause.
We can't wait to return.

First time at the Kürbishof. Magnificent location and tastefully renovated 13th century farmhouse. Impeccable room service, you immediately understand that there is a lot of passion and a great desire to do well. The two menu proposals are beautiful and the list of wines, grappas and bitters is fabulous (a note of merit goes to the Solaris Quercu produced by them from grapes grown at 1200m above sea level). The raw materials - very fresh and of high quality - are processed to perfection. All the dishes - explained in super detail - have the right balance, the right contrasts and the right consistencies. A lot of time and passion dedicated to the preparations, with a special note for the fermentation and drying techniques. The quality/price ratio is also very high. We will definitely return and recommend it to all our friends. Thanks Kürbishof, see you soon. ❤️

Non è facile esprimere una recensione a livello altissimo come superlativamente altissima è l' esperienza che si vive in questo angolo di paradiso, con persone che ti accolgono come amici, con una professionalità , una passione e un ' attenzione da non credere. Consigliamo di prenotare e non sveliamo nulla, qui tutto è una sorpresa continua che lascia senza parole.

Kurbishof is an experience: it is never "just" a lunch, or "just" a dinner. It not only feeds the stomach but also the heart and soul. Many ingredients are brought to the table, excellences of the territory and the surrounding areas, which are prepared in dishes that are small and large works of art. Thank you.

Come sempre ci siamo trovati in un modo spettacolare in questo ristorante/locanda dove abbiamo soggiornato e dove torniamo ogni volta che possiamo perché è uno dei nostri posti del cuore.
La qualità davvero eccellente ogni cosa è al top e la ricerca dei prodotti e della qualità è altissima.
Sono davvero molto bravi nel far sentire il cliente al centro del loro mondo. Vale la pena farsi questi regali.
