We visited the Kürbishof at the beginning of October. I have to say, what the family offers there is AMAZING. The service is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the dad is also funny. The food is fantastic – whether traditional dishes or modern interpretations of Tyrolean cuisine. The wines were also exceptionally good. The next time I come to South Tyrol, I will definitely visit the Kürbishof again... Please keep up the good work...

The restaurant, beautifully decorated in Tyrolean style, has a timeless charm and is nestled in a beautiful village surrounded by the green meadows and woods of Alto Adige. From the first moment, the atmosphere is familiar, welcoming, yet professional and full of enthusiasm. The two menus are beautiful and different, coherent and stimulating in their philosophies. Careful selection of raw materials, often sourced from nearby nature, and excellent technical skill in creating flavors, colors, and aromas that evoke emotions throughout the meal. The wine list is also extensive and stimulating, as is the selection of spirits. The result is a pleasant, relaxing, and satisfying lunch. An experience not to be missed, and one I'd definitely like to repeat as soon as possible.
