Garni Miriam In Badia

We stayed at Garni Miriam for a friend's wedding and had a wonderful time! The room was impeccably clean, as was the breakfast room with a generous buffet and very kind owners. The bar was welcoming and the location was beautiful, convenient for getting to the main attractions. We'll be back! From the sea to the mountains! Thank you 👏

I spent a wonderful week hiking at Garni Miriam. The single room is very nice and clean. The bathroom is in an alcove without a door, but that wasn't a problem. All balconies have stunning views of the mountains. The hosts are very friendly and provide lots of tips. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. You can end the day wonderfully on the large terrace or in the lovely bar. Those arriving by train and bus enjoy free travel from Brenner with the Mobilcard. However, there is a steep path from the town. My tip: Drive to Fontanacia, get off at Ciastel Colz on the way down. Then it's fine. I will definitely come back.

We stayed a week in this charming hotel, located in a beautiful panoramic position, and everything was perfect: the room, with a unique view of the Fanes, was furnished with period wooden furniture and high-quality mattresses, and was spotlessly clean every evening upon our return, comfortable and warm. The breakfast was plentiful, both sweet and savory, and delicious, with a wide selection of local products. The bar is well-stocked and welcoming, with a wide selection of both plain and flavored grappas, all excellent. Our son loved the play area, available exclusively to hotel guests. A special thanks to the owner, Michele, for his company and his excellent knowledge of the area, which allowed us to hike along the most suitable routes for our needs (with a child in tow) and fully appreciate the unique beauty of this region. Thanks also to Silvia for her kindness and attention to both the common areas and the room, as well as for the pleasant conversations we shared during our stay. An experience we will repeat, and we will return next year.

Just spent a week at Garni Miriam. Very well-maintained, new and clean rooms, excellent breakfast. The location is very quiet, with very few cars passing by. Special thanks to the owners Michele and Silvia, humble, truly exceptional people. Thank you for everything, and see you next year.

This is the first time that I come to this accommodation. La Villa is a village in a very beautiful and natural environment and is a good base for cyclists. I spent a week here during the Maratona dles Dolomities week. Perfect location close to the start of the race. There is a large monitored bicycle storage area with access only for accommodated guests (with a hotel card). Each bicycle also has its own lock, so you can lock it yourself. The Garni Miriam is located in a beautiful and quiet place, just a few minutes' walk from the center. Great location, beautiful setting for the lovely scenery of La Villa. The rooms and and the whole house were crispy clean and leave little to be desired. Michael is an excellent host, friendly and very helpful. He is always on hand for any help or advice. Breakfast is excellent. There is also a bar with a decent selection of drinks and food. Excellent value for money. I definitely recommend it.

In my experience, all the bed and breakfasts in Alta Badia are clean and the service is very friendly. What makes the Garini Mariam particularly stand out is its special understanding of sports travelers, especially cyclists: a large, codecard-secured bicycle garage with separate cable locks and an exceptionally rich and varied breakfast buffet for a bed and breakfast. For travelers without a car, the location near the Mür di Giat should be considered, but this is no drawback given the exceptional view, even by LaVilla standards. A special feature is the bar, which is open until 11:00 pm, so you can have a drink or a snack during the day and evening without having to leave the building.
