The fish antipasti platters—both al crudo and cooked—bring the essence of the Mediterranean Sea straight to your table. Fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented, they set the tone for a memorable meal. Here, food truly becomes art, and flavor turns into an experience. Pasta dishes are served perfectly al dente and elegantly plated. We enjoyed carbonara al tartufo and bucatini all’amatriciana, followed by a beef fillet in gorgonzola sauce that was simply divine.
