Christmas Lunch We had an amazing Christmas lunch that really hit the mark in terms of flavor, portion sizes and value. Aperitif: The meal started with some tasty little bites like toast with shrimp, puff pastry with creamed salt cod and a tartlet with salmon tartare and raspberry. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Starters: The smoked potato cream with crispy shrimp in squid ink was my favorite. The scallop with Treviso radicchio was also a winner—simple but packed with flavor. First Courses: The Carnaroli rice with braised red cabbage and amberjack tartare was surprisingly refreshing, with bold but balanced flavors. The ravioli with burrata in a scorpionfish stew was rich, creamy, and downright comforting. Main Course: The roasted sea bass fillet was cooked perfectly—moist and flaky. The celery root purée and tempura artichoke on the side were just as delicious. Dessert: I’m not usually a huge fan of panettone, but this one from Fregonese bakery was next-level, especially with the zabaglione cream. It was the perfect way to end the meal. Overall the food was creative, seasonal, and delicious, and the portions were just right—not too heavy but still satisfying. Wine and water were served generously, and the €70 per person price felt like a steal for what we got. The only downside? Service could have been a bit quicker at times for our specific table, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the experience. I you’re looking for a great place for Christmas lunch, this is a solid choice. We left happy and full.

30/03/2025: Dinner started with a platter of mixed cold cuts and sweet and sour vegetables and a delicious skewer cooked well with polenta, salad and baked potatoes. The wines and tiramisu were good. Very kind staff. A pleasant surprise.
