Last Saturday I had the pleasure of dining at Osteria dell'Olio in Florence and the experience was truly positive. The restaurant is located in a central position, a few steps from the Duomo, and is perfect for those who want to savor true Tuscan cuisine in a welcoming environment. The food was excellent: the dishes were well prepared and with quality ingredients. I tried the Florentine steak, which was cooked to perfection and really tasty, accompanied by well-made side dishes. Even the first courses, like the fresh pasta, were tasty and well seasoned. Another strong point is certainly the service: the staff was extremely kind and attentive, ready to recommend the best wine pairings and make us feel at home. Ultimately, I highly recommend Osteria dell'Olio to anyone looking for an authentic restaurant in Florence with excellent food and a warm atmosphere. I will definitely be back!
