My experience begins with a well-constructed appetizer: beef skewers, chips, and sausage nuggets served flambéed. It's a menu that piques curiosity, works well, and immediately demonstrates the attention to raw ingredients and preparation.
The main course confirms everything the opening promises: a juicy, flavorful, and tender slice of meat, pleasant to chew, accompanied by stracciata and well-matched vegetables. The simple and refined house wine complements the meal without ever distracting.
