We had the 11-course menu and loved the atmosphere, music, and friendly staff. The menu was interesting, but I expected more. For a potential Michelin star restaurant, the flavors didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Very nice place, chef Erminia delighted us with a cuisine based on raw prairies poor in fish and a continuous play of contrasts. The main course of amberjack was a very large dish, where the bitterness, sweetness and depth of the fish were perfectly balanced. For stronger palates I recommend the quadritti, you will discover many souls in a single dish. Honorable mention for the kids in the room. Arianna has an overwhelming smile and immediately puts you at ease, accompanying you throughout the evening, Pietro has a great knowledge of wine and a passion that is overwhelming. Well done Giulia and Umberto too! This place deserves a star P.s. the oil and the desserts were something amazing!

We sat at the counter close to the kitchen. We had the chance to watch the chef work, very focused and smiling all the time! Amazing service by Pietro and Ariana. The Quadrotti was one of the best things I ever ate in my life! Thank you Gagini team for the amazing experience!

We (a party of four) had the 8 course tasting menu. Everything was good except my wife's white fish fillet had a bone and her lamb also has a couple small bone pieces. I am a bit disappointed for a Michelin one star restaurant.

Incredible fine dining experience. Onion and sausage dish was incredible as was the black pork and all the other dishes. Bread was sensational.

We had a great time at the restaurant. We were charmed from the appetizers to the desserts! The service was top notch, both in terms of the sympathy of the waiters and their advice! Thank you to the team for the work accomplished and for the time we spent in the establishment 🙏🏼

20/08/2024: We are on holiday in Palermo and, exhausted from walking, we decided to have 2 sandwiches with home delivery service at the hotel. Well what can I say...wonderful sandwiches, one was worth two! Abundant seasoning and competitive prices, as well as punctual service. I didn't know this but I have to say I got it right! My compliments
08/08/2024: Very good dinner... we took some french fries and two parcels. We preferred the internal room to the external tables due to the air conditioning which perhaps was a little low and it was a little hot. But still an excellent dinner
