Incredibly delicious, definitely worth a try. We took the 9-course menu and it was fantastically delicious and very unusual.

Unfortunately, this year's experience at Gagini didn't meet the expectations I'd built up after previous visits. I'd been here a year ago and the year before, always being pleasantly impressed. This time, however, I encountered several delays between courses, which made the wait at times annoying. The dishes, though carefully prepared and beautifully presented, seemed less impressive than in the past. With all due respect to the current chef, I missed the complexity and explosion of flavors I remembered so fondly. On a positive note: I appreciated the wine pairing option, which hadn't been offered in the past. Perhaps the dishes simply didn't fully meet my tastes, but compared to previous experiences, I must admit I was a bit disappointed.

Would absolutely recommend Ristorante Gagini to anyone in Palermo. We chose the tasting menu, and we were not disappointed. The casoncello was my favorite. And the bread was a bonus, delicious surprise. Service was amazing too!

Good service, some great wine pairings, interesting tasting menu.

Overpriced and overrated. One of the biggest highlights was their bread and olive oil, which says a lot. Ordered the 7 course menu because why not. 3 out of the 7 were good. I did not get what the chef was trying to do with the other 4 dishes - why mix those ingredients? Is the temperature right? Why is this tasteless? The pig was not good at all. Service was okay but took much longer than needed - seems they do that to make it “interesting”. I recommend you go to their sister restaurant, Buatta, instead. Simply better.

The highest quality ingredients, respect for local tradition, an excellent selection of wines, and professional, courteous staff. I recommend the caper ice cream for dessert and the linguine with redfish, raisins, pine nuts, and saffron. A special shout-out to Mrs. Melania, the boulangerie chef, who makes wonderful bread. Many dishes are gluten-free.

We were at Gagini with my wife on a Friday evening in the second week of April and we recommend this place with all our heart... a truly welcoming and unique environment in its history and culture... Top service... compliments to Maitre Giuseppe and the waitress who were friendly about everything and carefully and meticulously explained all the dishes we tried from the 6-course tasting menu... Positively surprised by Sommelier Pietro for his skill in pairings and his knowledge of each wine he had us taste, he accompanies you throughout the dinner as a sommelier and host... The extra gear that all restaurants of this level should have.... Dishes of the highest level with Nordic and Sicilian combinations that made a beautiful fusion... If I can say perhaps the only small flaw but improvable... I was expecting some fish from the Sicilian coast to enhance the territory.. but maybe it's just my thought... Very happy to have chosen you, see you soon... Ps.. you deserve the star immediately

Nice and cozy restaurant. Very interesting menu. A là carte Choice with strong but well balanced flavours. Wide wine choices. Well done to all People involved: kitchen, maitre, sommelier and service. Value for money higher than expected.
