For a tasting menu proposal, politely suggested (or pushed) by the waitress, the chef's visit at the end of the meal is appreciated. In this case, almost obligatory, especially since there were only two tables. Anyway, we had a good time.

The nine-course tasting menu is perfectly coordinated. Each course is finely composed and precisely balanced in flavor – creative, modern cuisine at Michelin-star level.
The wine pairing is also impressive across the board. Each wine harmonizes perfectly with its respective dish, and the fact that only Sicilian wines are served lends the menu a special authenticity.
The service is exceptionally attentive, explaining each course and each wine with palpable passion. The ambiance is stylish, and the acoustics are pleasantly quiet – perfect for a wonderful conversation.
A visit is definitely worth it.
