I have been a Gabin - Pasian di Prato customer since the beginning and I will probably continue to be forever, the food is excellent and the guys are very kind BUT.... 1. In 2024 it is impossible not to have a POS at home and be forced only to use cash. Give alternatives (Paypal, bank transfer, etc...) 2. Too often it happens that there are no ingredients. The particularity of the menu is undoubtedly a plus of the place, if the ingredients are missing the choice is significantly reduced.

01/08/2024: Endroit incontournable pour le prosciutto de San Daniele mais dommage que ce lieu devienne autant une grosse industrie... Leurs prix autant au restaurant qu'au magasin sont exorbitants... Malgré tout, leurs planches découverte sont très chouettes et je vous conseille d'y aller pour voir au moins, une fois, cet endroit. Le musée sur le jambon à l'étage est petit, gratuit mais vaut la peine d'être vu.
15/06/2024: In zona per una passeggiata ci fermiamo solitamente qui perché si mangia bene, il servizio è veloce ed il personale cortese e sorridente…in particolare Adriana ! Arrivederci alla prossima…
