Fuyi Sushi In Poggio rusco

Very welcoming atmosphere, quiet place, very good sushi, I tasted flavors never tried, very special especially the dishes with salmon. I highly recommend it!!

Small but intimate place, very limited parking, luckily we arrived first otherwise we would not have known where to park the car; there was no soap in the bathroom, neither in the men's nor in the women's. Good quality food, except for some dishes that are misleading from the menu and when they arrive they are totally different, shrimp cocktail in pink sauce and you put the shrimp with the tail, thus forcing me to have to dirty my hands, hard and inedible cuttlefish, ordered sashimi and salmon nigiri with a very pale color that did not reassure, shrimp salad or mixed with 2 pieces of sashimi in cross and abundant salad and therefore not proportionate, dry shrimp tempura. Other dishes such as ravioli, rolls, gunkan, uramaki in general of good quality. I'm sorry but unfortunately the experience I had will not convince me to return.

Even though the place is really very small, there are only 2 rooms and the tables are very close to each other, I ate well. I went for lunch, obviously the menu was reduced since it was lunch but it was well prepared and had quality sushi. Sushi prepared on sight in the dining room.

I had a very good time, spent the right amount, I will return
