Fusion Restaurant Lin In San michele al tagliamento

The Fusion Restaurant was located near our accommodation and was the first stop after our arrival. The service was friendly and quick, but one meal was completely forgotten. The food was solidly average. The ambience was fine, as you would expect. Overall, if you have the right expectations, you can definitely enjoy dinner here.

Very good restaurant with a very diverse selection. There is a menu for Italian dishes and a menu for Asian dishes. The Italian products are all highly recommended. We were there 3 times and everyone enjoyed it every time. In my opinion, Asian cuisine is a bit unusual. If you order sushi, you have to ask again for wasabi and ginger. The other Asian dishes do not have a side dish (rice). This should be included in the portions. I don't know of a single Asian restaurant where you don't get rice with a dish. But this is probably common practice here. It would also be helpful to serve the sushi chilled to the table in this climatic region. Nobody wants warm sushi. Hence the one star deduction. The other Asian dishes also have a bit of a local twist. Sweet and sour chicken with lots of tomatoes was new and unusual even for me. The waitresses are all very friendly and on the ball and stop by often, sometimes almost too often. But it's better to look too much than too little. Definitely worth a visit from our perspective. Clear recommendation.

We were pleased that we were served by Slovak women. But if the portions were a bit bigger, we would be in euphoria
