24/09/2025: We took the pasta course with Greta and then ate on the beautiful terrace above the rooftops of Matino. An unforgettable experience. They serve excellent home-grown dishes, prepared with love. Highly recommended! A business couldn't be more family-friendly; everyone from the grandmother to the children works here. 22/09/2025: We spent a week in the heart of Salento, where tradition, family, and nature blend perfectly. The inn is managed and maintained by the entire family, where the new generations continue local traditions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. The terrace restaurant is truly magical. The traditional dishes are special, with an authentic flavor. The inn also offers orecchiette pasta and cheese-making classes and workshops. In the basement, there's a hot tub converted from an old water cistern. A place that stays in your heart... that gives you a moment of life that will remain forever etched in your memory.
