26/06/2025: What can I say? I'd love to give it 6 stars. The welcome upon arrival was so warm and helpful; one of the staff members even helped us with our suitcases. The chef looks after his guests and always has valuable tips for exploring places away from the tourist crowds. The new spa area is top-notch. The food is also excellent: only good dishes, perfectly prepared, regional, and fresh. We had half board, and here, too, the chef is happy to accommodate requests outside of the chosen menu. Our highlight was the invitation to an aperitif with light snacks. Our tip for children: behind the hotel, across the meadow, is a fantastic, large forest playground.

22/06/2025: I would highly recommend this family-run hotel to anyone, and I’m already considering staying here again the next time I’m in the area. The staff are truly the highlight of the hotel. Always smiling and incredibly helpful, they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. They are attentive and quick to accommodate any needs. A special mention to Ms. Alexandra, who promptly responded to all our queries and even gave us helpful tips to better plan our day. She kindly offered to drop us off and pick us up from the bus station for our trip to Tre Cime, which made our experience even more convenient. I had opted for half-board, and dinner became the highlight of each day. The quality of the food and the attention to detail in presentation were comparable to a five-star restaurant. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the one I stayed in had a beautiful view of the mountains—a perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.
