The ambiance of the old mill is simply wonderful: small, cozy, and with only six tables, very intimate and stylish. The changing 5-course menu is consistently Michelin-star quality – creative, perfectly balanced, and prepared with great attention to detail. The wine pairing is a must: excellently selected, served at the perfect temperature, and wonderfully harmonious with each course. The service is extremely professional, attentive, and truly leaves nothing to be desired. A place where you can feel that quality, passion, and hospitality are paramount. It takes a while to find the restaurant, nestled in the valley near Siusi. But once you do, you're greeted by a welcoming and romantic traditional building. The service is excellent; the friendly and knowledgeable waiter (don't go to Barcelona, ​​and if you do, come back) guides you through every dish on the menu, suggesting wines and offering options. The food is excellent, offered in the form of two set menus, a prelude to the high quality. The portions are perfect for the number of courses and leave you satisfied. The recipes and the use of local products are worthy of a high-end restaurant. The price is more than fair for the quality offered. Considering that the whole thing is run by just two people, hats off! Excellent: highly recommended and definitely worth returning to!

The "frequent diner" says: A real treat. Perfect!! I stumbled upon the Furscher Mühle by chance and was lucky enough to get a table. In an old mill, there are only seven tables on three levels. Rustically furnished. In contrast, the food – top-notch. There's only a four-course and a five-course menu to choose from. However, individual courses can be swapped. All the courses were excellent and it was a true pleasure to enjoy them. The service was top-notch. There are only two people running the whole place, and it runs like clockwork. Conclusion: It was a real pleasure to be a guest here.

A perfect place for a couples dinner. I recommend arriving a little early to enjoy the light and an aperitif on their charming and welcoming terrace, immersed in the surrounding nature. The interior is intimate and well-kept, with a few tables spread across various floors. The service is excellent and the food is very good. The prices are high, but in line with local prices, the food, and the service.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for this one! This is a special dining experience in the most beautiful remote location. We were looking for a special meal for a big birthday - they were fully booked but had a cancellation so luckily managed to fit us in. The service was excellent (the best on our trip) and the tasting menu was incredible with fresh, quality food. A fantastic memorable experience in the Dolomites!

Beautiful restaurant in an old mill, two set menus of 4 and 5 courses, mini portions with no specific flavor, extremely slow service, three and a half hours for dinner... incredible! Expensive! The only thing that's beautiful is the location, but it's hard to get to; there's no sign along the road, and even Google Maps doesn't show the way!

The food was absolutely phenomenal — fresh, high-quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully paired with excellent wines. Just be prepared for a leisurely pace of service. That said, it’s still absolutely worth the time and money.

We had a truly delicious meal here. We chose the four-course menu with a bottle of Lagrein Riserva. From the amuse-bouche (raw Saibling fish) to the dessert (tarte tatin), everything was excellent. Luckily, we were able to reach it on foot, thanks to Komoot. Highly recommended!
