Magical place! We had a bit of trouble finding the restaurant, but once we arrived, what a surprise! An old mill, with just a few tables spread across three levels, a dreamy atmosphere, and excellent food. They offer two 4- or 5-course menus, which can be mixed and matched with wines if desired. The only downside: they offered us an aperitif to start, but the menu wasn't clear on the price or whether it was included in the menu, and the waiter didn't specify. We actually paid €45 for a half bottle of Bellavisra Prosecco. We had a wonderful evening, and I highly recommend it.

An absolute hidden gem! The Furschermühle is beautifully and peacefully situated, a little off the beaten track – perfect for enjoying a special evening. The ambiance of the old mill is simply wonderful: small, cozy, and with only six tables, very personal and stylish. The changing five-course menu is consistently Michelin-star quality – creative, perfectly balanced, and prepared with great attention to detail. The wine pairing is a must: superbly selected, served at the ideal temperature, and wonderfully harmonious with each course. The service is extremely professional and attentive, leaving nothing to be desired. A place where you can feel that quality, passion, and hospitality are paramount. We will definitely be back! 🍷✨

The service is excellent; the friendly and knowledgeable waiter (don't go to Barcelona, ​​and if you do, come back) guides you through every dish on the menu, suggesting wines and offering options. The food is excellent, offered in the form of two set menus, a prelude to the high quality. The portions are perfect for the number of courses and leave you satisfied. The recipes and the use of local products are worthy of a high-end restaurant. The price is more than fair for the quality offered. Considering that the whole thing is run by just two people, hats off! Excellent: highly recommended and definitely worth returning to!

Rustically furnished. In contrast, the food – top-notch. There's only a four-course and a five-course menu to choose from. However, individual courses can be swapped. All the courses were excellent and it was a true pleasure to enjoy them. The service was top-notch. There are only two people running the whole place, and it runs like clockwork. Conclusion: It was a real pleasure to be a guest here.
