The pinsa is exceptional, light, easily digestible and with quality products... polite staff... the owners Daniele and Miriam are very nice and helpful... one of the best places in the area... highly recommended

We ate in this place which offers a table service in the small square of Formia at the foot of the Torre di Mola. We landed at this place by booking just an hour in advance. Fast service, friendly staff. A really good, light and tasty tongs. Various combinations from the most traditional to the unexpected. Good price quality. Advise!!!

Outside Pinsa it is a typical place in the magical square of Formia centre Their specialty La Pinsa can be tasted in all the typical flavors, all truly delicious, highly recommended

06/01/2025: Great experience of flavor and taste. A journey into a high-class starred cuisine. Quail is something sublime, something that goes out of the ordinary in terms of flavour, tenderness and visual impact. The soft and tasty lamb melted in your mouth. The egg as a forerunner was truly a gem not to be missed. It's a shame not to be able to immerse yourself in the truly well-assorted wine list. Great experience

From the moment you enter the restaurant you notice an obsessive attention to detail, for every aspect of the experience, from the wardrobe for the jackets to the dishes served, at 360 degrees. The tasting menus are highly recommended, which allow you to taste several of the chef's courses. Chef who at the end of the evening also came personally to make sure that everything had gone well, showing further attention towards us customers. In conclusion, an absolutely highly recommended place.
