Truly excellent Pinsa, excellent cooking, light, no problems in short, we were pleasantly satisfied, welcoming staff and place the same... The only small flaw (which obviously doesn't depend on them) is the parking lot which today mostly on Saturdays, was not very easy to find but unfortunately since it is the slightly older part of Formia it is difficult to find... However highly recommended 😊

Excellent Pinsa Romana. Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming place and in summer you can eat outside in the famous Piazza Sant'Erasmo.

La pinsa prodotta in questo locale è eccezionale. Da' il senso del gusto in maniera perfetta morbida, gustosa, si associa bene ai sapori dei condimenti che sanno essere decisi ma leggeri e delicati. Il personale è sempre molto gentile e disponibile ed anche nell'asporto sono puntuali. Insomma..ti senti a casa

30/11/2025: Wonderful place. The appetizers were plentiful and delicious. The first courses were good, perhaps the ravioli could have been cooked more. The service was wonderful and friendly, but it might seem slow, but then again, if you go to a restaurant, it's okay to wait a bit if you want to eat well. Besides, if we went to a fast food place, you wouldn't have time to sit with the anisettes and enjoy the evening.
29/08/2025: Beautiful and very quaint place. Super friendly staff, attentive to various intolerances. The appetizers are plentiful and varied, the pizza is truly excellent, including the gluten-free pizza, which is among the best I've ever had, and the artisanal ice cream is delicious. We'll definitely be back.
