I come several times even though it's been a while since I've been to this one in Saluzzo. The quality has always remained the same, classic AYCE and unfortunately the friendliness has also remained the same as before. Apparently annoyed waiters, one who didn't even look you in the eye and threw the plate on the table, oh well. I also noticed that they serve dishes that are a little lacking in salt but if you ask for it they will certainly bring it to you. The best thing is that they always have active discounts with The Fork (even if they have reduced them on certain menus).

I have been a loyal customer for years and have always had a great time. Very friendly staff and quality "All you can eat" sushi; they serve normal, tasty portions (not microsushi). Highly recommended.

A typical new generation all-you-can-eat; a huge choice of dishes which could perhaps be reduced a little to benefit the quality of the proposal, which could be better. Point in favor: the agreement with "the fork"

We went for a coupon in the fork one evening this week. From the outside the place tends to remain anonymous, there is only a small sign; There are some free parking spaces in front of the venue. The interior is furnished in a simple and modern way. Accompanied to the table we are also given the menus offering the typical "all you can eat" dishes. I mostly took raw fish dishes, the salmon had a lot of fat while the tuna was normal. The service however is what I would improve, as we always had to ask three or four times for the wasabi and ginger before it was brought again.

Ci siamo anati con un buono in the fork una sera in settimana. Dall'esterno il locale tende a rimanere anonimo, c'è solo una piccola insegna; fronte al locale ci sono alcuni posti auto gratuiti. L'interno è arredato in modo semplice e moderno. Accompagnati al tavolo ci vengono dati anche i menù che propongono i tipici piatti degli "all you can eat". Ho preso per lo più piatti di pesce crudo, il salmone ha molto grasso mentre il tonno era nella norma. Il servizio è però quello che migliorerei, in quanto abbiamo dovuto chiedere sempre tre o quattro volte il wasabi e lo zenzero prima che fosse nuovamente portato.

Even though it is very far away for us, we go there as we don't know any other all you can eat options that have some of the things on the Fujiyama Saluzzo menu. It is a quiet place, where you eat very well. Advised!

Good sushi, all-you-can-eat quality, superior to places that offer wok menus and the like. The place is nice and tidy with modern furnishings, one flaw is the service with paper orders with number/quantity, which complicates things a lot in both large and small groups. (I hope they can invest in modernizing this aspect)
