Fujiyama In Montesilvano

My partner and I travel over 100km round trip to reach Cyber ​​Fujiama. The reasons are varied. The location is furnished in an original way and the welcome is always impeccable, even when there are a lot of people. The menu offers many dishes and the quality is truly high. The cleanliness of both the room and the bathrooms is also impeccable. Sometimes it happened to go there for dinner with friends from different parts of Italy and they all appreciated, as described by us, the quality and the restaurant in general. We have been there a thousand times for dinner and will return a thousand and more times. Thanks to all the staff

I had lunch at Cyber ​​Fujiyama and I must say that the experience was truly excellent. The food is quality, well presented and with some scenographic touches that don't hurt. The 60 Fire Gunkan was a nice surprise: flames, wow effect and above all good. I tried a bit of everything: ramen, sushi, tempura, gunkan, sake... and nothing, everything was promoted. The service was also efficient, with a curious detail: a little robot that brings the dishes to the table. Nice, even if more scenic than useful. If you are looking for a quality All You Can Eat, with carefully prepared dishes and a few gems out of the ordinary, I would say that you are on the safe side here. Will I go back? Likely

Improved a lot over the years. I'm slowly abandoning my favorite AYCE to come here more and more often. Almost complete menu, many special dishes, minimal waits and excellent service. An extra smile at the checkout wouldn't hurt, otherwise everything was perfect 👌🏼

As for the quality of the food, we are talking about average all-you-can-eat sushi, with fair prices being in line with other restaurants. Very nice and accurate location. Terrible service: when my girlfriend and I arrived we were made to sit at a table without receiving any attention from anyone. Only after about 10 minutes do I start to turn on the tablet and go to the menu alone to order, which is not correct as it would be good practice for someone to come and explain to you exactly how everything works (as happens in other restaurants) as it could be the first time or so that a person sets foot in a sushi place. Furthermore, we had ordered a bottle of still water and a rosé wine and it all arrived after several courses of sushi, a rather serious mistake at the restaurant level, as the rule dictates that the drinks are brought before the food. Let's say that overall there is better out there for the same price.

Very welcoming atmosphere and good dishes. Maybe a little slow in service, but it's also true that they prepare all the dishes when you order. The fish is always fresh. I really like the tables on the floor, very comfortable and spacious.
