Excellent product quality. Service not up to par. I had to get up and ask for a waiter. Beautiful location internally, externally and poorly maintained area.

Fuji is without a doubt the best sushi restaurant in the province of Caserta, it offers a wide choice, the best quality of fish, and a combination of oriental flavors that must absolutely be tried. I often let myself be advised by owner Bruno or Paolo in the choice and I have never regretted it. Special mention to the tuna belly carpaccio which deserves to be tasted many more times. The wine is calibrated in prices and above all there is something for all tastes. Unfortunately, the only flaw is that in winter the place is a bit small, even if you book often you have to wait.

09/11/2024: El restaurante vuelve a abrir tras el cierre relacionado con el Covid, y bajo nueva dirección. El nuevo propietario, Giuseppe De Luca, es un antiguo camarero. Gran y variado menú y carta de vinos, excelente servicio, ambiente agradable e inmaculado todo contribuye a hacer de la cena aquí una experiencia maravillosa. Las carnes de la mejor calidad disponibles para comprar para asar en casa o disfrutar en el restaurante. Un favorito personal es su parrilla mixta para dos personas. Y las hamburguesas son espectaculares. Visitamos Gricignano una vez al mes desde nuestra casa en la Toscana y siempre tenemos nuestras comidas aquí, el mejor comedor de la zona. ¡Nos vemos esta semana!
