Excellent food, fresh and quality raw materials, kind and professional service, refined environment, not exaggerated prices.

I came about two weeks ago, and I had a very good time. Very high quality food, very exhaustive explanation of the dishes. Very rude staff with the exception of Elena who helped us right away and Emanuele who was super professional taking care of the smallest details.

Optimal! Everything excellent Very good sushi, unfortunately we had a bit of a wait, but in the end it was worth it. Sashimi excellent and not freezing as usual. Young and present staff. Very modern decor, perhaps too much. We would have liked to enjoy the view of Villa della Lupa but unfortunately the table was far from the windows. A little expensive but recommended for a special evening.

Our dinner at Fugu may have been the most memorable dining experience of our time in Italy. From the moment we arrived the staff was very attentive, chatting casually to make us feel comfortable with our lack of knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi. Their English skills were very good and both the owner and the wait staff were simply great. I hesitate calling their treatment of us service because they treated us like friends. The ambiance was upscale and beautiful and very comfortable. We put ourselves in their hands and the dishes and accompanying wine they recommended were perfect. Our one regret is that we discovered them at the end of our visit in Lecce so didn’t get to enjoy the experience a second time before leaving. Food, service, ambiance and welcoming people. Fugu has it all.

Große Auswahl an asiatischen Spezialitäten, top Service. Sehr gute Küche, vernünftig die Preise. Sehr großes Lokal, die Eingangstreppe etwas herausfordernd!
