It may not be the best sushi I've ever eaten, but considering the price compared to other places, it's very reasonable. Good, but not wow.

Unforgettable lunch! We were here with my family. Super relaxing atmosphere... fresh fish, non-sticky rice. The scallop and otoro nigiri were top-notch!! The spicy salmon uramaki was a mouth-watering explosion. The wait staff were kind and professional. A truly rare level of politeness. Congratulations!!

For years, I've been going to Fugu with my family when we need a treat. Over time, the decor, the service, and above all, Ivan's expertise have only improved exponentially, making a dinner at Fugu a true reward after a tiring week. Behind every dish, from edamame to desserts, lies the skill of a team that takes you by the hand and takes you on a journey through Asia. The service is fast and attentive, especially considering the time it takes to prepare each dish from scratch. I lived for many years in Veneto and just as many in Rome, but no one has ever come even close to Fugu's level (the pad thai is SPECTACULAR).

The last bastion of good sushi in Puglia. It's hard to find anything better. I appreciated the attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place because we'd heard good things about it, and now we understand why! The staff is always smiling, attentive, and kind—from grabbing my jacket to asking at the right moments if everything was to our liking. The service is clean, and they're truly sweet and kind! The atmosphere is very relaxing, especially if you sit by the window and see the city outside. The food is really good; we tried everything, and the quality is the first thing you notice. The shrimp and raw fish had the scent of the sea, and even the vegetarian sushi was delicious. Truly excellent. It's certainly not just any place, and the sushi à la carte is priced fairly for what you get. The difference in quality compared to other places is definitely noticeable! We prefer to spend a little more (but again, always within the range of what's offered) and eat good, fresh sushi!
