I've been coming to this place in Ortona for several years. It's changed management, but the service remains the same: slow, mediocre, and not at all eager to work. The people are young, but not very cheerful or enthusiastic about working, but that's probably not their fault...
A very nice place, well decorated, better than last year, and with a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea. The food is good, everything seems fresh, but for Italy, there's little variety, and sometimes they tell you "we're not doing it today"... The drinks are very good. For breakfast, it's fine, but the staff seems to be completely unaffected by the morning espresso...
Prices are expensive, but the view is included, so... well, it's understandable. Occasionally, there's live DJ music. At least it's still a good alternative in Ortona, since it has little to offer commercially.
