17/07/2025: Il Buchetto – Where memories taste like Grandma Elvira's Ascolana olives.
There's a place, in our hearts and on our tables, called Il Buchetto. Here, every detail speaks of love, tradition, and family. Cinzia and Fabrizio welcome you with a kindness that isn't learned, but inherited. And their legacy has a name that moves those who were fortunate enough to know her: Grandma Elvira.
We miss her so much, Grandma Elvira. But just tasting the many dishes, especially the Ascolana olives, prepared with the same care, the same magic, is enough to feel her close again. They are much more than a dish: they are an embrace, a living memory, a flavor that speaks of deep roots and expert hands that never cease to give.
At Il Buchetto, every dish has a story. The cuisine is authentic, made with the seasons, lovingly selected ingredients, and that touch that only those who cook for someone they love can give. It's not just a restaurant: it's a place of the soul, where you feel welcomed, listened to, at home.
Cinzia and Fabrizio carry on a story that began long ago with respect and passion. And while they delicately innovate, they never betray the spirit of those who taught them that cooking is, above all, caring.
Thank you for continuing to seat us at that table. Because every time we return to Buchetto, it's as if Grandma Elvira were still there... with her apron tied around her waist, and a tray of Ascoli olives being prepared, or ready to say, "Welcome home."
