...Intrigued by the videos, we went to this fry shop... what can I say... Very good... we ordered a buttered arancini and a pizzotto... we were satisfied. We will definitely be back. But if I may make one point... I must say that the buttered arancini contains black pepper. Highly recommended place...

High quality street food, both for fried foods and for other Palermo gastronomic traditions, goes perfectly with hygiene, cleanliness and courtesy of the staff.

Let me start by saying, "Congratulations for everything," from the fast, attentive, and courteous service, to the clean, fresh location, and, of course, the delicious traditional food. We had the trio of sandwiches, delicious (milk, panelle, eggplant, and croquettes), a delicious buttered arancini, and the fried pizza, light and beautifully seasoned.

We went to this place, which is highly publicized on social media. We ordered panini with crocche, panelle, and eggplant. They were very good and highly recommended. We also ordered arancini with mozzarella and ragù. Unfortunately, the latter, even though they were fried on the spot, were too soft and fell apart when you picked them up. Above all, they were soaked in oil. I'm giving it 3 stars because I'm sure Mr. Davide understands my comment and will be able to improve the arancini, which in Palermo are much better.

I ordered a fried pizza with Nebrodi porchetta, fresh tuma cheese, and creamed mushrooms and walnuts: truly exceptional, crispy on the outside and rich in flavor. The platter of Palermo specialties was also excellent, plentiful and delicious. Friendly staff and quick service. A fry-up shop definitely worth a visit!

After a while, I ate a sandwich with panelle and ciocche. I have a sensitive stomach, so I have to be careful with fried foods. A pleasant surprise: the fried food was dry and clean... I had no complaints. So, a quality product, well-made. Recommended.

Spleen sandwich, croquette and report card sandwich, and fried pizza. Three of us tried these dishes, and I tried them all. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely repeat it. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always smiling, which goes a long way. Well done, keep it up and keep improving.

This modern, very clean fry shop is a true street food 2.0 experience. Despite the innovative products, we found the authentic flavors of typical Palermo food. The indoor tables and chairs are a nice addition to a great place to spend a lovely evening with friends without spending a fortune. I highly recommend it!!!

We had pizza fritta here for the first time. It was heavenly! The filling was extremely generous. I would love to come back, 100% recommended!
