I had the pleasure of trying the Fraschetterica aperitif, and I must say that it was a truly pleasant and satisfying experience. Right from the start, the welcoming and informal atmosphere of the place put us at ease. The strong point of the aperitif was certainly the platter, which was really rich and well assorted. The quality of the cold cuts and cheeses was excellent, with a variety ranging from the most classic cured meats to mature and tasty cheeses. A funny detail: the photo I took is missing the mortadella, because it was so irresistible that I ate it immediately! Every bite was a delight, and the mix of flavors was well balanced. The spritzes, which we ordered to accompany the platter, were dosed to perfection. They weren't watered down as often happens in other places, but they had the right balance between sweet and bitter, making them fresh and pleasant to sip. One detail that particularly struck me was the generosity of the service. Once we finished everything we had on the table, the owner surprised us by bringing us a plate of beans with ragù. Not only was it a kind gesture, but the beans were truly sensational, with a rich and flavorful ragu that ended the aperitif perfectly. The only suggestion I would like to make is perhaps to ask for a little more toasted bread if you like to have a lot of it available. The owner explained to us that they often stock a limited quantity because it happens to get left out, and it's a shame to waste good bread. It's reassuring to know that we could have asked for more without any problem. In conclusion, the aperitif at Fraschetterica was very good and perfect in many respects. The quality of the food and drinks, combined with the courtesy of the staff, makes this place absolutely recommended for those looking for a genuine and tasty experience. I will definitely be back soon for another aperitif!
