Unfortunately, the unprofessional service of the waiters makes the owners' work in serving high quality food in vain. The owner can't manage everything but sometimes I understand that it will be increasingly difficult to find people who want to learn a job and who are passionate about doing it.
Aside from the staff, I don't want to rant because I imagine it's not very edifying even for you who put your face into it, the meat is always excellent, the cooking perfect, the side dishes excellent, appetizers ditto, the place has its historicity and is beautiful like that. We will return but twice I have been there and both times I saw the service problem but again, I blame the owners because it is a very current problem everywhere.
Anyway, we'll see each other again.

I went for dinner. I have no words, delicious food and impeccable service, very nice owner. The price is a little high but you can't complain about the quality of the products. I can't wait to go back!!!

We were there with company, the atmosphere isn't very hot but the Fiorentina is excellent, cooked just right, the wine is also excellent, we could do with a little more friendliness.

Really lovely place with an outdoor terrace for the summer period. Very good quality of meat accompanied by excellent local wines. Recommended for a lunch or dinner where meat reigns supreme.

Best Fiorentina I ve ever had and also best tartara. The service is very good and the atmosphere is lovely. It s a little bit pricey but the quality is excellent so worth it.

Great place if you're craving meat! Prices a little high, but quality guaranteed. The 4 euro cover charge includes a truly atypical entree: not the classic morsel, but a platter with salami ready to be sliced and delicious balls of spreadable cheese on their fresh breadsticks, puff pastries and slices of bread. As a starter we took a small plate of lardo to share (including warm slices of bread), very very good. And then a medium rare fillet weighing 250g each... meat that melted on its own. Unfortunately we were too full for dessert, so we finished with lemon sgroppino and coffee. Since it was summer we were outdoors, it was nice to have the chef cooking on the grill next to us. In addition to fillets, they also offer some classic first courses, a vegetarian dish and then angus, Florentine steak, ribs, ribs... In short, highly recommended for lovers of good meat! Friendly staff.

First time we come here and we had a great time. The appetizer included in the cover charge was very welcome. The Fiorentina was very good, we appreciated the fact that it was shown to us and cooked in the room; The selection of salts is also curious. Nothing to say about the service either, everyone was kind and helpful.
