Tasty pizza, really recommend the mixed orange and lemon drink! Kind staff members who are working through the heat. Expect to queue 10-20 mins at peak times, but worth it!

Love their pizza. They even did a custom pizza for my son, who had food allergies. He loved it as well.

It's all ok. Very tasty pizza, fast and friendly service even though the restaurant was full. Highly recommended, but you have to expect waiting times at peak times.

Delicious pizza! Our hotel recommended this restaurant and at the beginning I was a bit hesitant and doubtful, because they brand themselves as a British/italian pizza place. However, the pizza was completely amazing! Ingredients were super fresh, the crust was thin and light. There are a lot of pizza options, including gluten free. We ended up eating here twice while we were in Sorrento

If you want a really good pizza, easy, simple and cheap, you go here. Not a special place, a bit of a fast food feeling. The staff were quick and efficient, but not the happiest in the world. A bit like the staff 😅

Sat upstairs in their beautiful terrace and had THE BEST gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! Their ‘Pizza Ice & Fire’ was so delicious, if I wasn’t leaving Sorrento tomorrow I’d have it every day for the rest of my life!!

Ambiente abbastanza carino nel Centro di Sorrento, frequentato da turisti prevalentemente stranieri. La pizza discreta, sotto era però per metà carbonizzata, come si vede nella foto, ed anche l'impasto non ben lievitato. Offerto un buon limoncello per rimediare.

We visited this venue due to the great menu offering lots of options for dairy free and vegan. My partner is dairy free, and options in Italy are limited when you can not eat cheese. The venue itself is not the sort of place I would normally eat, and the decor is not to my liking, I would say it's similar to a late night take away, rather than a restaurant. I think that is the look maybe frankie is going for, but it's not to my taste. The staff are very good, including frankie, and during our visit, they were very busy, so naturally, service slowed down, but we were not in a rush, so there was no issue for us. Now for the important bit, the food. We ordered starters, the foccacia bread with chef's 3 sauces. Amazing, I would have kept eating that over and over again. We also had the onion rings, which they were and nothing to write home about. The main dishes were the real letdown for me, and maybe that's because they were traditional and not to my liking, or maybe i ordered the wrong one or it was just a bad night. I was really looking forward to a pizza here, and it was by far the worst pizza I have had so far in Italy. The base was lovely and crispy and thin, which I liked, but the topping was just oily and mushy. You could see the pil drizzled over the top, which I thought was just unnecessary on a pizza that already had plenty of sauce on it. There was very little topping, which may be tradition, but this meant the pizza may have been a margarita rather than the one I ordered. I ordered a pizza, which was meant to be spicy, but it had zero spice to it. All I could taste was the sauce and oil. I was really disappointed. My partner had the vegan ravioli, which was massively undercooked, and if I had been served it, I would have sent it back. Maybe this is tradition to be cooked in this way, but it would not have been to my taste. Overall, the experience was OK. The staff were excellent, but the letdown was the food, and the prices, like most places in sorrento, are massively overpriced for what you get served. It's a shame as reading other reviews this is obviously a popular venue but it was not for me ansnot to my liking.
