Short and to the point. It's delicious and affordable.

The three stars are only for the arranchinis. We ordered coca cola zero and they gave us something else that they called “sicilian coca cola zero”. They didn’t tell us for that thing as we were talking to be bottled and to take it to go.

We strolled past Franco wine bar to view menu. A patron waved to me and gave me a thumbs up! What a delightful experience! Food amazing, server was outstanding and the upstairs area offered both a great dining atmosphere and the ability to view below and enjoy the entire venue! Outstanding - go and enjoy!! Thank you for the best way to end our stay in Taormina!!!

The arancini and pane cunsato are wonderful...you have to try them at least once. The waiter was very kind and the atmosphere was quiet.

We loved it! Highly recommended! Came here couple of times during our one day trip. We really enjoyed food and service. Go for avocado toast - it was delicious! And you can’t go wrong with the pastries! 🥐

The music is wonderful old school American 🙂

A small, charming bar right along the way to the main shopping street. We tried norma and pistachio arancini along with Sicilian lemonade. It was busy but not difficult to find a table, and service was quick and friendly. A good stop if you want light snacks and a drink in the middle of town.

Nice, good and comfortable location after a day at the beach!

Visitamos Franco Wine Bar en Taormina el 13 de mayo. Decidimos probar sus arancini. Pedimos el pistacho con queso y los de berenjena. También pedimos su cóctel Vulcano Spritz. El personal era acogedor, muy amable y extremadamente paciente mientras tratábamos de hablar italiano. La comida era deliciosa y los cócteles eran geniales también. Sin duda recomendaría una visita si estás en la zona.

Mi pareja y yo estábamos en un tour con CIE Tours y pasamos la mañana con una visita guiada de Taormina y luego tuvimos la tarde para tomarnos un tiempo por nuestra cuenta y descubrir la belleza de Taormina, lo que hicimos. El día fue pintoresco y disfrutamos de toda la belleza que la ciudad tiene para ofrecer, entrando en hermosas iglesias, encendiendo velas y caminando y disfrutando de todo. Vimos a un hombre que invitaba a la gente a Franco Wine Bar y Comida Típica Siciliana y pasamos, pero de alguna manera fue tan acogedor que entramos y al entrar, llegó la lluvia. Estábamos en el cielo, pidiendo arancini y canoli y ensaladas, no en ese orden pero el ambiente era mágico y nos topamos con otro cupé de Londres y charlamos y cenamos y cenamos y charlamos y... no podríamos haber encontrado un lugar mejor. La comida era tan excelente, nos quedaba tanto pan con la ensalada, empacamos lo que no pudimos terminar y disfrutamos de vuelta en nuestro hermoso hotel... El Franco Wine Bar & Típica Comida Siciliana era un ahora 'recuerdo' de Taormina para nosotros, y tenemos buenos pensamientos y palabras amables para el personal, son muy excelentes!
