Franco Wine Bar & Typical Sicilian Food In Taormina

We had two iced lattes and a cannoli. Everything was delicious, and the guy who served us was very friendly. The prices were reasonable for the place.

Perfect spot to stop by in Taormina for an aperitivo or a quick bite. It's a family-run place, and you can really feel the pride they take in their service. We had a traditional Sicilian sandwich, a fresh salad, and a few snacks - honestly one of the best meals I had during my trip to Sicily. Highly recommend!

Cute little family run place with friendly service, great for trying Sicilian wines, traditional small plate foods, salads and sandwiches. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Taormina so you can relax with a refreshing aperitivo and enjoy some great people watching.

A great little bar in Taormina. Perfect for people-watching. The staff and owner were always very friendly, and we really enjoyed having our after-work beer here every evening. The arancini was the best I've had in Taormina. Thanks Mirko and the team for the great time.

We had no expectation when we chose to stop here for lunch. We just wanted to avoid overpriced tourist traps. Surprisingly enough, the food was good ! It had an authentic taste. We went for simple choices : bruschetta and caponata. I do recommand.

Mi pareja y yo estábamos en un tour con CIE Tours y pasamos la mañana con una visita guiada de Taormina y luego tuvimos la tarde para tomarnos un tiempo por nuestra cuenta y descubrir la belleza de Taormina, lo que hicimos. El día fue pintoresco y disfrutamos de toda la belleza que la ciudad tiene para ofrecer, entrando en hermosas iglesias, encendiendo velas y caminando y disfrutando de todo. Vimos a un hombre que invitaba a la gente a Franco Wine Bar y Comida Típica Siciliana y pasamos, pero de alguna manera fue tan acogedor que entramos y al entrar, llegó la lluvia. Estábamos en el cielo, pidiendo arancini y canoli y ensaladas, no en ese orden pero el ambiente era mágico y nos topamos con otro cupé de Londres y charlamos y cenamos y cenamos y charlamos y... no podríamos haber encontrado un lugar mejor. La comida era tan excelente, nos quedaba tanto pan con la ensalada, empacamos lo que no pudimos terminar y disfrutamos de vuelta en nuestro hermoso hotel... El Franco Wine Bar & Típica Comida Siciliana era un ahora 'recuerdo' de Taormina para nosotros, y tenemos buenos pensamientos y palabras amables para el personal, son muy excelentes! Unassuming from the outside but the food is much higher quality than we found elsewhere with chunks of veal steak in the Ragu and rich flavours throughout, helpful staff and clean facilities. Happy little gem in the city

Une pause déjeuner sur le pouce très appréciée. Plateau de fromage à partager, et divers plats typiques de la région. Une carte de vins également sympathique. Personnel accueillant et agréable. A noter: peu de place assises à l'intérieur.
