Friendly, well-organized staff Excellent Spritz (not so common these days)

Ups and downs... but the staff was always friendly. The Spritz was perfect, with both Aperol and Campari. The fish and chips were good, but the fries were a bit mushy. The toast was excellent, but the Ascolana olives were undercooked, revealing the crust was a bit undercooked. It was very crowded, but the dishes must be cooked carefully! The owner showed the same kindness, bringing me my backpack that I'd forgotten! Thank you! We had a pleasant time.

Antico Caffè Franchin, a location in Rovigo's main square... with well-appointed decor and interesting stylistic choices. The upstairs room is attractive and worth a visit. Prices are reasonable for a place right in the center. The staff are professional. The only thing I'd like to see is a little updating the bathrooms.

Good food, of course, and a great location (central city square), but a bit pricey. €20 for a first course and water (we didn't read the prices at the door).

Top place, good food, kind and helpful staff, an additional compliment to the staff manager Merlo who with his kindness, elegance and professionalism knows how to give an extra edge to the place
